Hamburger Potato Casserole

To make a hamburger potato casserole, begin by browning ground beef with onions and garlic, infusing the dish with savory flavors. We like to add sweet corn to the beef mixture as well, to create another great flavor contrast.

Layers of thinly sliced potatoes are then added, creating a hearty foundation. A creamy flavorful sauce is poured over the layers, along with a generous sprinkling of cheese binding everything together.
