- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper adjust to taste
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
- ½ cup caramelized onions about 5 onions worth
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley
