- 10 ounces grape tomatoes sliced in half
- 4 mini or 1 English cucumber cut into bite-size pieces, about 1 cup
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and cut into bit size pieces, about 1 cup
- 1 yellow bell pepper seeded and cut into bit size pieces, about 1 cup

- ½ red onion sliced thin and chopped OPTIONAL
- 15.5 ounce can of black beans drained and rinsed
- 2 cups cooked chicken cut into bite size pieces
- 4 ounces cheddar or pepper jack cheese cut into matchsticks or shredded, about 1 cup
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 cups corn chips, crushed tortilla chips, or tortilla strips
