Air Fryer Cabbage

Air fryer cabbage is a great side for feeding just a few people. It couldn't be easier to prepare, you can master it, I promise.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cabbage, medium sized sliced into ½-inch ribbons
  • ½ tablespoon kosher salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ tablespoon pepper adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place the cabbage in a bowl and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss with your hands or tongs to coat.
  • Place in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your basket you may need to air fry in two batches.
  • Air fry for 6-8 minutes. Toss the basket at 3 minutes for even cooking and continue cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
