Air Fryer Cabbage
Air fryer cabbage is a great side for feeding just a few people. It couldn't be easier to prepare, you can master it, I promise.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cabbage, medium sized sliced into ½-inch ribbons
- ½ tablespoon kosher salt adjust to taste
- ¼ tablespoon pepper adjust to taste
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place the cabbage in a bowl and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss with your hands or tongs to coat.
Place in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your basket you may need to air fry in two batches.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes. Toss the basket at 3 minutes for even cooking and continue cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
