How to Roast Cauliflower

Ingredients

olive oil

cauliflower, medium-sized, cut into bite-size pieces
about 1 pound florets

teaspoon
kosher salt
adjust to taste

freshly ground pepper
adjust to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Roast the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes. The pieces should be slightly crisp and fork-tender when done.
Notes
This recipe can easily be multiplied for a crowd as needed.
