- 4 zucchini medium sliced into spears
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper adjust to taste
Preheat your grill on high. Toss fresh zucchini spears with oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
