Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill on high. Remove husks from corn.
  • Reduce heat to medium-high. Grill the corn for 8-10 minutes rotating the corn until done. The pieces should be slightly charred and the kernels still plump.
