How to Grill Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cauliflower, medium-sized, cut into bite-size spears about 1 pound florets
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill on high. Toss fresh cauliflower with oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
  • Grill the cauliflower for 7-8 minutes then flip and grill until done. The pieces should be slightly crisp and fork-tender when done.
