Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and sliced in half, about 6 cups worth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1-2 teaspoons sriracha adjust to your preference
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 1 green onion thinly sliced about 2 tablespoons
Oven Directions
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, sriracha, and pepper. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss well to coat.
Spread the Brussels sprouts across the greased baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until the sprouts are tender and have browned.
Sprinkle with almonds and green onions before serving.
Air Fryer Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, sriracha and pepper. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss well to coat.
Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-9 minutes. If you are using a basket-style air fry toss the basket at about 4 minutes for even cooking. The pieces should be slightly crisp and fork-tender when done.
Sprinkle with almonds and green onions before serving.
