Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce

Garlic butter dipping sauce is fantastic on steak, seafood, chicken or pork, vegetables, bread, pasta, or rice.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter divided
  • 6 large garlic cloves minced, about 2 tablespoons
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper OPTIONAL

Instructions

  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Add the remaining butter and pepper, if desired. Remove from the heat when the butter has melted. Serve immediately.
