- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion diced or cut into thin strips
Hummus Ingredients
- 15 ounces canned chickpeas drained

- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground pepper adjust to taste
