- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1-3 teaspoons Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper adjust to taste
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and sliced in half, about 4 cups worth
Oven Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the Brussels sprouts in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Spread the Brussels sprouts across a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, until the sprouts are tender and have browned.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice. Add the roasted Brussels sprouts to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Air Fryer Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.Place the Brussels sprouts in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Season with salt and pepper. Air fry for 8-9 minutes. If you are using a basket-style air fry toss the basket at about 4 minutes for even cooking. The pieces should be slightly crisp and fork-tender when done.
