- 12-16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place the frozen vegetables in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Place the vegetables in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5 minutes. Shake the basket and air fry the mixed vegetables for 5-6 more minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
