Air Fryer Frozen Cauliflower
I promise it is possible to take cauliflower from frozen to crispy and delicious! All it takes is ten minutes and a few simple seasonings.

- 12-16 ounces frozen cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked or regular paprika
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place the cauliflower in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Place the cauliflower in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your basket you may need to air fry in two batches.
Air fry for 5 minutes. Toss and air fry the cauliflower for 6-8 more minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
