Air Fryer Frozen Broccoli and Cauliflower

It takes just 15 minutes and a few simple seasonings to transform frozen broccoli and cauliflower into irresistibly crispy and delicious bites!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen broccoli florets
  • 12 ounces frozen cauliflower
  • olive oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place the frozen vegetables in a bowl and spray with olive oil. Toss well to coat.
  • Sprinkle the vegetables generously with salt, garlic, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Toss again to coat.
  • Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket and air fry for 5 minutes. Shake the basket well to toss the vegetables and air fry for 5 more minutes. Repeat and air fry for 5 more minutes.
  • Taste a vegetable and air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes, if desired for additional crispy edges.
