Dressing
½cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonswarm bacon greaseoptional
2tablespoonswhite sugar
1tablespoonwhite vinegar
Instructions
Combine the broccoli, cauliflower, raisins, red onion, and bacon in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl or large glass measuring cup, combine the mayonnaise, bacon grease (if desired), sugar, and vinegar. Whisk or stir until smooth. Pour the dressing over the ingredients in the bowl and toss well to coat.
Refrigerate for an hour or two before serving to allow the flavors to mingle. This will keep nicely for 2-3 days. Stir well before serving.
