Preheat oven to 425°F. Place the green beans on a large baking sheet and drizzle them with oil. Toss with your hands to coat, making sure the baking sheet is lightly coated with oil as well. Spread the beans across the baking sheet.
Season the green beans with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. In a small bowl, stir together the parmesan and panko bread crumbs. Sprinkle panko and parmesan over the green beans.
Roast the green beans for 10-15 minutes, stir, and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes. When the beans and tender and the topping is golden brown and crisp, they're done.
