This was delicious! Instead of zucchini, I used summer squash because that’s was my garden was producing. . And I used orcheitta ( baby ears) pasta instead of penne so the dressing would adhere better and it did! Great tip on not rinsing the pasta after it was cooked. My husband complimented this dish after the first bite.
