					<description><![CDATA[I didn&#039;t have any penne pasta or bite-sized pasta so I gambled and went with Minute Rice because it&#039;s all I had. I made up the minute rice and added it after I had cooked the ground sausage zucchini mushrooms and I added onions. instead of pasta sauce I had a can of chopped tomatoes with oregano and garlic seasoning and I threw that in. The sausage I was using was already pretty spicy so I skipped the red pepper flakes. All in all it was a terrific skillet meal. It&#039;s great to have something so adaptable but I eventually will try it as written. Great recipe!]]></description>
