Air Fryer Onions

Air fryer onions are a quick and easy way to get tender, yet crispy-edged onions perfect for topping a burger or adding to an omelet.

Ingredients 

  • 1 yellow onion large, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
  • teaspoon freshly ground black pepper adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Toss onions with oil and seasonings. Place in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your basket you may need to air fry in two batches.
  • Air fry for 5 minutes. Toss and air fry 5-6 more minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
