Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive and season with salt and pepper. Place in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
Air fry the Brussels sprouts for 8-9 minutes. If you are using a basket-style air fry toss the basket at about 4 minutes for even cooking. The pieces should be slightly crisp and fork-tender when done. (Don't fret the charred bits, they're my favorite part!)
