Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Air fryer Brussels sprouts are the popcorn of the vegetable world. There is no way you can eat just one they are such a great snack or side.

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts halved
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive and season with salt and pepper. Place in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
  • Air fry the Brussels sprouts for 8-9 minutes. If you are using a basket-style air fry toss the basket at about 4 minutes for even cooking. The pieces should be slightly crisp and fork-tender when done. (Don't fret the charred bits, they're my favorite part!)
