How to Saute Corn

Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 ears of corn cut of kernels
  • ½ tablespoon kosher salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ tablespoon pepper adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Warm a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  • Melt the butter in the skillet and add the corn. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until the corn is tender.
  • Taste the corn and add salt and pepper as desired.
