How to Roast Asparagus

Ingredients 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound asparagus spears
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Place the asparagus on the baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
  • Roast the asparagus for 10 to 15 minutes. The pieces should be slightly charred and fork-tender when done.

Notes

This recipe can easily be multiplied for a crowd as needed.
