Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts Chips

Light, crispy, and flaky air fryer Brussels sprouts chips are delightfully snackable and surprisingly satisfying. These chips are the snack you never knew you were missing!

Ingredients 

  • 10 large Brussels sprouts about ½-¾ pound
  • olive oil spray
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Place the Brussels sprout leaves in the basket and spray lightly with oil. Shake the basket well and spray again to ensure everything is lightly coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Shake well.
  • Air fry for 4 minutes. Shake well and air fry for an additional 2 minutes, until the leaves are crispy and browned. Serve immediately.
