1large sweet potatocut into wedges, about ¼-inch thick, about 10-12 ounces
olive oil cooking spray
½teaspoonkosher saltadjust to taste
¼teaspoon freshly cracked black pepperadjust to taste
¼teaspoongranulated garlic or garlic powder
¼teaspoonplain or smoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place the sweet potato wedges in a large mixing bowl and spray with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Toss to coat thoroughly.
Line the sweet potatoes up in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd them. (If there isn't room for the air to flow between them, they will not have crispy edges.)
Air fry the potatoes until they are fork tender, and then fry a bit longer to get a slightly crisp edge. This usually takes about 16-18 minutes. Use tongs to turn each wedge over halfway through the cooking time.
