Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

The sweet heat of honey sriracha Brussels Sprouts will have everyone devouring these little bites before they make it to the table.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and sliced in half, about 6 cups worth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1-2 teaspoons sriracha adjust to your preference
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced about 2 tablespoons

Instructions

Oven Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, sriracha, and pepper. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss well to coat.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts across the greased baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until the sprouts are tender and have browned.
  • Sprinkle with almonds and green onions before serving.

Air Fryer Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, sriracha and pepper. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss well to coat.
  • Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-9 minutes. If you are using a basket-style air fry toss the basket at about 4 minutes for even cooking. The pieces should be slightly crisp and fork-tender when done.
  • Sprinkle with almonds and green onions before serving.
