Air Fryer Frozen Vegetables

Air fryer frozen vegetables are so fast easy and shockingly quite tasty with a simple drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper.

Ingredients 

  • 12-16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place the frozen vegetables in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Place the vegetables in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5 minutes. Shake the basket and air fry the mixed vegetables for 5-6 more minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
