With crispy edges and fluffy insides, these air fryer potatoes frequently appear in my kitchen. When we're grilling or not wanting to heat up the oven these come in handy.
8medium size potatoes about 4 cups chopped bite size
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoonkosher salt adjust to taste
½teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper adjust to taste
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Place the potatoes in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with salt, and pepper toss to coat thoroughly.
Air fry the potatoes until they are fork tender, and then fry a bit longer to get a slightly crisp edge. This usually takes between 10-15 minutes. Toss potatoes at 5 minutes for even frying.
