How to Grill Corn on the Cob

Grilled corn has to be my absolute favorite way to eat corn. Learn how to grill corn on the cob to get perfectly sweet charred kernels - this is my claim to fame and I'm sharing it with you today.

Ingredients 

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill on high. Remove husks from corn.
  • Reduce heat to medium-high. Grill the corn for 8-10 minutes rotating the corn until done. The pieces should be slightly charred and the kernels still plump.
