How to Grill Bell Peppers

Ingredients 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 bell peppers cut in halves or quarters
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill on high. Toss fresh bell peppers with oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
  • Grill the bell peppers for 8-10 minutes then flip and grill until done. The skin should be blistered and bell peppers fork-tender when done.
