Crispy tender Roasted Cauliflower

How to Roast Cauliflower

Follow this guide for roasting cauliflower and get a slight crispness around the edges that yields to tender flavor with each bite.

Ingredients 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cauliflower, medium-sized, cut into bite-size pieces about 1 pound florets
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
  • Roast the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes. The pieces should be slightly crisp and fork-tender when done.

Notes

This recipe can easily be multiplied for a crowd as needed.
