this is Joe W Verrett Jr. The recipe is genius 😁. you can portion about 1cup of the total recipe, half a cup of cooked sauerkraut. A 1lb 9in homemade sub roll, and 3 slices of smoked Gouda cheese. That is a good healthy sandwich.
