I think the recipe says Bake for 35 minutes and then Broil for 3-6 minutes. I’m going to try the recipe. Looks good

These sweet potatoes were a treat! But, broiling for 36 minutes is crazy. I only broiled for a handful of minutes, and they still turned out great!

Hi, Julie. I would recommend making the potatoes the same day, but you should be able to roast them a day or two early in a pinch.
