I made this for dinner and it is just the two of us. I had leftovers and it is so much better the next day! This is now a go to for a dinner side for us.

I’ve made this salad for decades but this blew it thru the roof. The dressing was AWESOME!!!! it placed this salad into my top 2 of salads.
