Mary, I too have been an air fryer skeptic, however, since I now have one, I have been gradually using it more. Never for haricot vert but happy to see your recipe so I will be trying soon…..as soon as my local farmers market starts harvesting them. They are the best. One thing that I discovered about air fryers is “air fryer liners”….they are genius and it keeps the air fryer so clean. Since you are an air fryer fan, I hope you use them, you will love them.
